Over the years, KYC Scaffolding has built long-term working relationships with major players within the oil and gas sector. We continue to work on some of the largest and most complex refineries in Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.

Maintenance Contracts
We mobilize manpower and scaffold material to provide a comprehensive range of onsite or call out maintenance scaffolding services. We are the experts in the provision of scaffolding services for plant maintenance, shutdown and turnaround services for the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries – for both on and offshore facilities.
With an understanding of multiple contract types, we engage in various unit rate maintenance contracts. We welcome standard time and material arrangements and mobilize our KPI metrics to monitor all site productivity.
Our priority is for all our clients to achieve on time, on budget project success and meet common goals of safety, reliability and quality.
Our Services
Projects
We engage in special and highly challenging scaffold projects that require attention-to-detail in design. These works do not meet the standard requirements for standing or suspended scaffolds. They include non-standard standing scaffolds, standing scaffolds with attachments, cantilever scaffolds and hanging scaffolds for projects that involve flares, high towers, heavy load bearing and specific environments.
All our special scaffolds are designed in accordance with sound engineering practice and are erected, altered or dismantled only under the direct supervision of our certified scaffolding team who ensure proper execution and adequacy of the design
Our System
Kwikstage
At KYC, we use the Kwikstage Access System to provide our clients a cost effective and time saving solution for all access scaffolding requirements. Kwikstage scaffolding is a modular system scaffold developed by Kwikform UK over 40 years ago.
It is the most universally established scaffolding system. Mobilizing a wedge fixing system, a captive wedge connects both ledgers and transoms to the vertical standards, ensuring speedy and easy erection, a high degree of rigidity and elimination of the need for transverse bracing.
For erection and dismantling, only a Kwikform universal tool is required to secure or loosen the gravity fed wedges. The adaptability and speed of erection of Kwikstage scaffolding enables it to be used for various applications within the process sector. Kwikstage is manufactured by our factory to stringent standards, using only quality materials and workmanship.
